(✿◠‿◠)

The port of Suffren is a road in the 7th and 15th arrondissements of Paris, located on the left bank of the Seine.

Named after the 18th-century French admiral Pierre AndrĂ© de Suffren, who served as a bailiff in the Order of Malta. The specific quay was officially given the name Port de Suffren in 1905.

At the port of Suffren you can see a commemorative plaque in tribute to the Hungarian Edmond Szechenyi, who landed here in 1867 after crossing Europe by river. Its location makes the port of Suffren a place of great historical importance.
