... Lovely illustrated map card showing many highlights of the island..."the spice island" for its flavors... also known as the "Pearl in the Indian Ocean" and not just because of its teardrop-like shape... surrounded by the Indian Ocean Sri Lanka is one of the most beautiful tropical islands in South Asia... because of its unique location there are so many things to do and see... visiting ancient ruins, hiking in the lush green mountains, the Ella train journey, trek through tea plantations, see beautiful beaches, spotting wildlife in the National Parks... of all of the places shown here I have received many wonderful postcards over the years from my dear postcard friend Ravindrađź’™! Thanks! ❁◕ ‿ ◕❁
