BELGIUM ~ Town Hall - Overijse ~

... Always nice to show my own country here... first one is a view of Overijse... a town surrounded by an extensive woodlands " het Zoniënwoud", with many walk- and bicycle paths... also once well-known for their delicious grapes growing in glass-houses... but since the 1960s, table grape production has been disappearing in Flanders... only a few ambitious domestic gardeners have maintained the vines as amateurs.... with nice "postman" stamp and special day postmark of TBC Post... the only private Post in Belgium operating for over 30 years now... they seem to use "blue postboxes" but I've never seen one in my neighbourhood... and I wouldn't even know where to get their stamps...
