... Nice sunset view of one of the country's newest National Parks... in the foreground the Manica sugarbush endemic to this area of Mozambique... one of 74 amazing endemic plant species in this region... a landscape of dramatic peaks, lush river valleys, and quiet, ancient forests... it stands out as one of the few areas with mountain elephants and other species of medium and small mammals, as well as 164 species of freshwater fish... it also has unique species of birds, reptiles and butterflies... beyond its natural splendor, the park is steeped in history... scattered throughout the mountains are ancient rock paintings left by the San people and other culturally significant sites, offering a glimpse into the human history of this spectacular region... Thanks Alena!ヽ(•‿•)ノ
