The author and illustrator Ingo Siegner invented the stories of the little dragon Coconut around 1999.

Siegner made a copy of the story along with the illustrations and they ended up on the desk of a literary agent.

Since then, over 15 million copies of the series have been sold in Germany, there have been 2 cinema films, and a TV series, starring our favourite little dragon, not to mention the countless products.

From October 27, 2024, to June 22, 2025, you can visit an exhibition in Speyer about the Little Dragon Coconut and other characters from his books.
