GERMANY ~ Städtisches Museum - Braunschweig ~

... Beautiful detail of a table-top laid out with a brightly colored glass bead mosaic by Johann Michael van Selow... an example of the elegance and color of the courtly Rococo... these glass beads ornaments were one of the famous products of the region in the 18thC... pearl mosaic works are rare gems of German furniture art... many of these pieces can be seen in the Städtisches Museum... with very historic postmark👍... it celebrates the opening of Berlin's new airport... Thanks a lot Dustin!❀◕ ‿ ◕❀
