Probably the largest card ever received (and with nice big stamp too)😲... fitted only just on my scanner... panoramic aerial view of Kuala Lumpur city skyline... a mixture of old and new... with the national icon and most famous landmark the Petronas Twin Towers... with imposing 73,5m tall pinnacles visible from almost all parts of the city... at the left is the KL Tower... this 421m tower has a restaurant, an observation deck, pedestrian mall and an amphitheatre... there are also world-class hotels and shopping malls in the area... Thanks Jobbo!!ヽ(ヅ)ノ
Kuala Lumpur commonly known as KL, is the national capital and largest city in Malaysia located in west-central Peninsular (West) Malaysia.

The origin of Kuala Lumpur dates to 1857, when a group of 87 Chinese tin miners founded a settlement. Strategically commanding both river valleys, the community flourished as a tin-collecting centre. In 1880 Kuala Lumpur superseded Klang (now Kelang) as the state capital; it went on to become the capital of the independent Federation of Malaya in 1957 and of Malaysia in 1963.

Kuala Lumpur's name in Malay means "muddy estuary"; the city lies in hilly country astride the confluence of the Kelang and Gomback rivers.
