SRI LANKA ~ Aghapantus Africanus Flower ~

... Lovely new postcard from the "Flowers of Sri Lanka" series... also called "the flower of love"  because the name comes from the Greek agape which means love and anthos which means flower... Thanks a lot Ravindra!!【ツ】
The plant was introduced to Sri Lanka as a ornamental plant and can be found in public parks and home gardens throughout the Hill country. Also, grow as a container plant and use as a cut flower.
