A beautiful postcard with view of the Pont Adolphe, one of three main bridges that connect one side of the city to the other...Although it is one of Belgium's nearest neighbours this is only my second card from this small and still "Hard to Get" country ...Thanks a lot Johan voor dit toch wel speciale kaartje!!:D
With lovely (SEPAC) stamp showing Luxembourg City's Chemin de la Corniche issued in 2011.
The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is a small landlocked country in western Europe, bordered by Belgiun, France and Germany. With a population of under half a million it covers 2568 square kilometers. The country is ruled by a Grand Duke and is the world's only remaining Grand Duchy.
Built between 1900 and 1902, the bridge has become an unofficial national symbol, representing Luxembourg's independence and is the largest stone arch in the world.
