The German Post has issued a set of two stamps illustrating two famous world heritage sites of UNESCO - Yakushi-ji Temple of Nara (Japan) and old town of Regensburg. 
Hohenasperg, located in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg near Stuttgart, is an ancient fortress and prison overlooking the town of Asperg. It was an active fortification between 1535 and 1593.
