This site is dedicated to my hobby: collecting written and stamped (from country of origin) postcards! Postcard collecting is a very addictive hobby, but its a lot of fun, and you get in touch with lots of nice people worldwide...

SCOTLAND ~Elgin Cathedral-Moray~
Sent by Sarah. The Elgin Cathedral was first destroyed in 1390 by the "Wolf of Badenach", son of King Robert II, who was excommunicated because he left his wife, so he took his revenge by burning down the Cathedral. it was rebuilt and used for a while but abandoned about 1560 during the Reformation and felt into ruins over the centuries.
