National Park Acadia's pink granite bedrock takes on an orange glow as the early sun warms the rocky shore. The most popular section of the Park Loop Road, is nearly deserted at sunrise.

Acadia National Park is a National Park located in the U.S. state of Maine. It reserves much of Mount Desert Island, and associated smaller islands, off the Atlantic coast. Created as Lafayette National Park in 1919, it was renamed Acadia in 1929 and is the oldest National Park east of the Mississippi River.

USA ~Maine - Belfast ~

I've been spoiled with so many fantastic surprises lately...this  aerial view was sent by a reader of my blog...I only heard of Belfast in Northern Ireland but this place looks wonderful...thanks a lot Marie-lynne, always nice to find out that people enjoying all my  *hard work* here!!(◕‿-)
