... Great view of a gorgeous small city in the north of Spain also called the "City of the Four Rivers"... it is a well-preserved medieval city with lots of historical charm, beautiful architecture, and many attractions to see... it has one of the most important mediaeval quarters in Spain and one of the best-preserved old Jewish quarters in Europe... one of the main tourist attraction is the magnificent cathedral of Santa Maria located at the highest point of the old city featuring the widest Gothic nave in the world with a breadth of 22 metres... recognisable for the Game of Thrones fans as the "Great Sept of Baelor"... the historic centre is surrounded by walls from where you have a full panoramic view of the whole medieval part of Girona, you can even see the Pyrenees in the distance... Thanks a lot Josep&Assumpta!ヽ(•‿•)ノ
