BELARUS ~Belovezhskaya Puscha National Park -Białowieża Forest - UNESCO~

Found three gorgeous written and stamped Belarus postcards in my mailbox today! Immediately I go from two to five Belarus cards in my collection.... Two of them are UNESCO cards and the nature views are soooo wonderful. Love also each different stamp. :-)

This raccoon dog lives in this wellknown National Park. This Park is also famous for its ancient oak trees going back more than 500 years. It is one of the four most famous and unique original forestland in the world! The forest is also home to more than 250 animal and bird species.

Belovezhskaya Puscha National Park is part of the Białowieża Forest that became a UNESCO WHS site in 1979.
