This postcard features an image of two nude man. The photograph titled "Frühe FKK-Fotografie" was taken on a German beach in 1926 by Gerhard Riebicke .

Gerhard Riebicke was a German photographer who was born in 1878 and died in 1957. Riebicke was the most important sport, dance and nudism photographer in Germany between 1925 and 1935. Several works by the artist have been sold at auction.

Nacktkultur or “Nude Culture” was a movement in 1920s Germany that celebrated nudity with a cult-like pagan worship of nature. This included sun worship and an immense amount of frolicking, jumping, sporting, and somersaulting nude through grass.
