ISLE OF MAN ~ Peel ~

...A popular seaside destination on the island and beautiful historic town... with the best beaches and stunning "sunsets"...Thanks a lot James for one more lovely postcard of your island シ!!

Peel sits on the west coast of the island, is the only city on the Isle of Man, and has the island's cathedral. Peel is the island's main fishing port and Peel Cathedral is the seat of the Bishop of Sodor and Man.

Between May and August Peel is also one of the best places in the British Isles to see basking sharks from the shore. Often up to the length of a bus in size they regularly come within metres of the shoreline and surrounding cliffs.
