SPAIN ~Barcelona-UNESCO~

My first post and cards in 2010.... And what a great start....I got this beautiful cards from a friend who went to Barcelona for a city trip... The city looks so wonderful and three new UNESCO cards for my collection.

Lots of different views of Barcelona, the most populous city of Catalonia and the second largest in Spain.

The Sagrada Família, is a massive, privately-funded Roman Catholic church that has been under construction in Barcelona, Catalonia, since 1882 and is not expected to be complete until at least 2026.
Considered the master-work of renowned Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí (1852–1926), the project's vast scale and design have made it one of Barcelona's top tourist attractions for many years.

Casa Batlló is a building restored by Antoni Gaudí and Josep Maria Jujol, built in the year 1877 and remodelled in the years 1904–1906.
