FINLAND ~Tampere~

Received two great European cards today, a city view from Finland and an UNESCO site from the Czech Republic. Its so nice to read a bit about the sender and I love it when they tell me something interesting about the view on the card!! :)
Both with such lovely stamps... I like more and more all the different beautiful stamps on my cards.

The capital of Finland's Western Lake District, Tampere is located in the midst of a lake labyrinth - 200 lakes situated within the city limits.
The city with a rich industrial heritage is a popular congress venue and an ideal holiday destination for the young and the young at heart, for families with children and for culture enthusiasts.
A big city by Finnish standards, with almost 210,000 inhabitants, Tampere still manages to feel like a small town. In the centre, everything is within walking distance.
