ITALY ~The Orto botanica de Padova-UNESCO~

Italy has the largest amount UNESCO World Heritage sites with 41 places:http://whc.unesco.org/en/statesparties/it

This giant plane tree dates from 1680, it has a hollow trunk, owing to a lightning strike... The Orto botanica de Padavo is the world's oldest university botanical garden. Its located in Padua and was founded in 1545. The garden covers roughly 22.000 square meters and is known for its special collections and historic design.It became a UNESCO site in 1997.
